My house was infested with mosquitoes after some water was left standing outside the back door. I'm not sure what I would have done without this little contraption. It works incredibly well and is very satisfying to use. I will never be without one from now on!

Very strong handle and racket. Also very strong spark when connects with insects. Much better quality then others I have tried. Handle was very sturdy and did not come apart with a strong swing.

Should I feel bad about killing flies? They're get in my apartment and are really annoying. I feel that my sense of calm is more important than there life. Its pretty messed up. I read recently that there like simple computers that have pre-programmed behaviors in response to certain stimuli. I've been using that as my justification. Is this villainous? Have there been any schools of thought on this topic? Somebody help me out, anything helps. Because there is a glassed in porch up here by my apt. that flies are always getting into (gaps). Several try to get in here whenever I open the door. That is an asinine thing for them to do. I open the door. Fly: I am trapped in a large, bright space, so I'll wait until I can get into a small, darker enclosed space. And I hate using Raid for obvious reasons. So I got a fly zapper racket for $10. This thing is more fun than a kid in a candy shop. And it is loud zapping 4000 volts into a fly. Best place to go is the windows they hang out which are bright like where they came from. killed two so far. I have to take the trash out. That will be thrilling. It appears that this zapper is not effective against gnats. They are too small for the grid.

It worked better than I hoped! I may be having too much fun swatting flies. Unfortunately, my dogs huddle together and are scared because of the loud zap sound it makes when I successfully hit the flies LOL. 5 stars from me and 0 stars from my dogs!

I declared a jihad on all bugs that try to fly into my ears or eyes years ago. This weapon of insect destruction is perfect.

When it works, it works great. But it only works intermittently. So sometimes I whack the flies and it doesn’t zap them.

Works pretty good, I just didn’t realize it’s battery powered… thought I was getting a rechargeable swatter. So beware…

Excelente compra!! Tardo un poco en llegar y solo venia en una bolsa de papel de Amazon, lo cual me preocupó, que no fuera a venir quebrada, sin embargo llego bien. Excelentes materiales, muy resistente,funciona con 2 baterías AA, el mango tiene como piel sintética lo cual le da una vista y agarre muy buena, tiene un botón que precionas cuando golpeas al zancudo y hace el clásico ruido en caso de hacer contacto con algun zancudo o mosca, La verdad me encantó y es muy efectivo pienso pedir otro.
