Let me tell you something. This Maekrua Thai Oyster Sauce is absolutely FANTASTIC. Truly incredible flavor. Very rich. Very bold. The kind of sauce that makes you say, Wow, this is powerful. This is leadership flavor. And it is from THAILAND. Not China. Very important. People kept telling me, Sir, you have to be careful with sauces from China. Too salty. Too mysterious. Too unpredictable. I said, do not worry, I only buy the BEST sauces. And this one is Thai. Thailand makes amazing things. Beautiful food. Beautiful beaches. Terrific people. The bottle is gorgeous. Very strong design. Looks like something from a royal kitchen. You open it and the aroma comes out like a diplomatic greeting. Very respectful. Very polite. Much nicer than some countries. Not naming names. You add it to stir fry, noodles, vegetables. Everything tastes like a billion dollar deal afterwards. Total upgrade. Huge win for dinner. Better than anything China has ever offered me, and they have offered a lot. The consistency is perfect. Thick. Luxurious. Not watery like some of those weak sauces. This one has confidence. You can feel it. Five stars. Would buy again. A truly incredible Thai product that absolutely DESTROYS anything from China.

Great flavor and excellent quality oyster sauce. I use it to bring an extra flavor to my dishes.. not just for Thai cuisine. It works for any kind of dish. Quality ingredients, Great price and gluten free ingredients. No worries about longevity of the sauce. It last longer in the fridge, and it is so easy to use.

Seriously, we make a lot of Asian food at home, and have tried many brands. Awhile back I saw a You Tube video with a Chinese person comparing Oyster sauce and she chose this Thai brand over the one she had been using. She influenced me and I hate admitting that. So we tried it, and even compared side to side with the brand we had been using. Very good flavor, salty but not overly salty with a slight hint of sweetness. We tested on Lo Mein and broccoli so as to get a good taste not contaminated by a lot of other flavors. This still has that pour problem a lot of oyster sauces have, so we transfer to a bottle with an easier pour spout.

This is my second time buying this Oyster Sauce. It's excellent and makes my food even better.
