My version of this model came a bit scratched at the edges, but the screen was in a perfect condition. Not bothered by little the scratches, it will be put in a case anyway, nothing will be visiable. Glad that the phone itself works perfectly fine and the battery last for a full day even with Always on Display clock on. Overall, happy with the phone and with the low price that I paid. I will keep test it for a week or 2, see if anything changes in performance

Arrived within 2 days ( Xmas eve!!) I was so impressed. I got the Samsung galaxy S21 fe5G. It came with charger/USB power supply with plug. Also a free case. Phone is in immaculate condition I have had no problems with mm it & have had it fully working for days now, The battery is fine,No overheating. Overall a fantastic buy & I would definitely buy again from this company in the future. Highly recommend.

The phone is exactly as stated and would think it was brand new. Came with charging cable and plug. Plus a lovely note left thanking me for my purchase with my name on and a free gift. Would definitely recommend

Severe battery drain. Returns process is a pita as I don't have a printer which seems to be way of scamming buyers out of returning this very substandard phone.

This item was purchased for my wife who's Samsung S8 (yes, I know), finally gave up and packed in and as such, required a new phone. Like myself, my wife isn't that bothered about how modern or up to date her phone is, as you can tell by someone who has a Samsung S8 for so long. With that in mind, she found this phone through a search on Amazon and having read about the phone, and the reviews online in Amazon, she was really happy to order this one. I can't stress enough how pleased she has been with phone since she received it and got it set up. From the reviews being on the money for her, to the time she waited to receive it and her pleasure in getting the phone up and running and setup ready to use, she has been really pleased with pretty much everything associated with her experience. The phone arrived in a well packaged box safely stored within another well packaged box and in store bought quality. The added benefit of a charging cable and plug plus the complimentary phone case only made her more happy that she had made this choice. As we understand it, this is from a new and small business and based on what we have experienced, I would certainly be looking to purchase another Samsung S21 FE from them. The small things like the little thank you note in the box and the complimentary phone case, lead both us to believe they truly have the customer and their experiences at the forefront of what they do, and needs to be commended and recognised accordingly. We not only would wholeheartedly recommend this phone, but would also recommend the business who we purchased this from. A great job all round. A brilliant product, fantastic value and superb customer experience.

Phone arrived a day earlier than expected, which was impressive. On unpacking, I found the phone well packaged & with a new charger included. The phone itself had very minor scratches on the bottom & side but it looked new. When I switched it on, the battery was 80% full. I've given it to someone as a present & he is really happy. Would I be buying another from the seller? A big YES! In fact, I think I'll buy two or three more.

Sent me a phone with an incorrect CSC so it wouldn't get updates. Customer service was appalling.
