Has anyone found a way to carry letter size paper with printer? Can it lay on top of the printer?

It can but the paper will drape over the printer and may possibly be bent/creased.

Does it have a chemical smell ?

No! We’ve had 2 cases but did not smell

Does the co2crea Hard Travel Case fit the ho office jet 200?

I use it for my 250 but based on the dimensions, it should fit the 200. It was quite versatile for my trip to Calif. 2 months ago.
