You can ignore the one review that says the one-way valves don't work. He didn't understand them. Each has a push pin release screw in the center. To make it seal when/after inflating, (with the cap off), rotate slightly in one direction allowing it to be in the up position.. To make it release all the air in the tube, press in slightly and rotate in the other direction to lock it down and open. The valves work great in other words, you just have to read the instructions to know how they work. Everything on this boat seems comparable to the Dynous 12' I had and loved 25 years ago. With a 20 hp motor you want this boat to be as least as heavy as it is (about 130 pounds) so the overall weight is a nice balance between safety in use and lightness for moving it around. The floorboards are strong and heavy and go together easier than my Dynous did. The transom is solid as well. All the handles and attachment D-rings seem strong and durable. Surprisingly the manual says NOT to tow using the single D-ring in the bow front, but rather to use the two on either side of the bow. The oar locks and oars seem quite sturdy and serviceable. I've read that PVC boats don't hold up as well as hypalon in hot tropical sun, so I will make some sunbrella covers for the tubes to use when I'm keeping the boat out and in the sun down there. None of these boats do well if left to bake long-term in hot sun.

This boat is amazing. We love it and use it every day in the summer. It is in its fourth season.

The fabric is a little thin. As soon as it touched a oyster shell. It ripped a one inch tear in the side. I was able to patch it right away with the black rubber CA glue. We get compliments all the time. It is a very stable dinghy for going back and forth to the dinghy dock. With laundry , water, gas, and food. I would ask the mfg. To add extra skin to the top an lower sides.

I REALLY wanted to write a great review for this boat. IT WAS BOUGHT for my BushCraft YT channel and it really is a great boat as set up. However the rear seat slides in, the other seat is 6" short and WILL NOT fit. I was advised to deflate the boat and reinflate - it started to rip the seat slides out on reinflate and distort the bow. The seller never responded after advising me to basically ruin the boat. I have it set up as a fishing boat with a 9.9 and will be putting a 20 on it (the 9.9 scouts WELL. Ive been filming with it but i can not in good faith give a positive review for being ignored when i was attempting to solve an issue.

Inflated 3 times - once for trial/error initial setup. 2nd & 3rd for fishing trips on the ocean (first trip, first few hours I had that lingcod!) Relatively easy setup process even with the foot pump. Collapse well as long as you suck all the air out. Paired with a 9hp Windessy outboard (also on Amazon) this holds all of the gear and fishing equipment/motor etc easily, feels very very safe and sturdy! Will update after some more use.

Good quality, well equipped and comfortable. I purchased the 12 ft inflatable to use as a dingy in accessing our larger boat moored in Casco Bay. It handles the water well when it gets a little rough with my wife, our Samoyed, myself and some gear. Seems durable so far. Using an 8hp now. Will swap out next year using a 2hp when new docks will be closer.

Very quick delivery. Very well built. Better than expected.

For the price it should come with a 12 volt inflater. We run it with a 6.5 hp motor but could handel larger but would be much heavier to put on and off. With the accessories it comes with set up and take down for one person is about 1/2 hour each way. Great boat.

I like the size of the boat, its stability and solid floor. The side-bars for the floor are difficult to install. Otherwise, all good.

All looks good have to wait to get warmer to test on lake Ontario looks very good have to still blow up i trust all is well looks great highly recommend high quality but too heavy 1 person boat is 132lb so min 2 people can handle 20hp that is why i bought this model cant wait for summer also 3 year warranty update is ok put 20hp not so stable its a great boat but need to go up to a better quality boat as floor has always gave trouble to tight if ever a leak 3. Warranty thats the only reason i bought i have 3 years and this can get hole update found hole told seer month ago when i bought cant use and now 3 time out and when i got inhad told seller air is leaking got refund was leaking have to get other
