DEERC 9201E 1:10 RC Truck for Adults & Boys, 48 KPH 4WD Short Course RC Car

I have been getting back into RC cars. Thisnis a great starter/introductory RC. not super fast, its stable, handles all sorts of different terrain. Batteey life is about 15 to 20 minutes per battery, that aslo depends on how your driving it, and what terrain your conquering. I upgraded the body clips to the tethered style. They always get lost without them. Love thw light bars. They atw actually useful at night, I keep them unplugged during day time operation to help with battery life. I would.most certainly recommend this to anyone looking to get into RC cars. I let my friends 8 year old boy rip it and it held up fine and he could control it easily. Not your typical hobby grade RC though. Had a little bit of a different setup which makes the aftermarket support a little lacking. All and all a pretty fun decent rc vehicle.

For the price this truck is great on further review might not be that great. Raise the body post before you even run it. It runs way faster with the body raised. I also have seen videos where holes have been cut in back window of body to help with air flow. I have not done that yet worried that might weaken the shell. Shell is nice the spare tire and roof lights help protect shell when it rolls. Without them it would be lighter but again shell might take some damage. I have ran 5 battery lives through it and it has held up well with some pretty big crashes. The plastic pieces have lots of flex to them. These newer models only have 1 shell and charger just so you know. The original release had 2 each. Lights are good ran it at twilight last night and was impressed when ran during day didn't think much of them but in dark good. The top lights are a bit of a pain to hook up but when running during day I don't plug them in just hook the wire up in the clip inside the shell so it doesn't hang out of body. Also push the light bar down and push the clips through the 2nd hole in the post so the light bar doesn't rock around. All in all a great truck for the price thats the asterisk. Has good speed with the body lifted. The tires do rub the shell when it is lower. I might trim the wheel wells to eliminate the small amount of rubbing that still happens when turning. Good looking truck, my wife said wow when I 1st showed her so thats pretty high praise. Going to upgrade the battery for a little more power and speed but honestly as is its a good little truck for the $90 I paid. It is a little small for a 1:10 scale as others have noted but all in all I was happy with it. Adding to this run number 6 run front differential seems to have went out no more front wheel drive no hard bombing just driving around no big jumps or anything. Seems like alot to get in and actually see whats up with it going to have to take whole front end apart. This may or may not be worth really fixing might be just rear wheel till it dies. Okay revising again took dif apart looked okay. Replaced a axel going good again. So customer service got a hold of me and is sending some parts so thats cool. Truck is proving to be pretty durable and good customer service gets all 5 stars

Arrived quickly! Great buy, I am honestly impressed for the price. This is a super fun short track four wheel drive RC vehicle. Would be perfect for beginners or like me a couple friends just racing around. Grandson LOVES it. Battery life is as expected, mostly depends on how you drive. Plenty of time to play and it comes with two batteries. So plenty of fun! It’s fast and durable. I can imagine if you smash it into something hard it WILL break. I’ve flipped it, jumped it and it’s keeps screaming. Parts are available if you do break something. I took the spare tire off and didn’t install the roof bar light supplied. I figured I would tear them off rolling it. After each time a battery is used, I turn the vehicle upside down to allow all dirt, small rocks and debris to fall out. Keep it clean, dry and you will enjoy it…

Perfect sized short course truck, fast and handles great. I question the spare tire doesn't have support and bounces the truck around, I did remove it but worry when I jump it that it may be too front heavy now. Battery size is great for the motor and seems to be fast enough for bashing but want to upgrade eventually to a brushless. This is just about as hobby grade and after a few upgrades I think it will be a great contender to the big brands. Only complaint about the battery is the priority design for the connectors and I can't use my other batteries from my other Deerc trucks. I saw that with the older models, this truck used to come with an extra body shell, wish it still did.

This is a great little RC car for the price. The range is great, it’s pretty quick, and relatively durable. I purchased some high capacity 6200 mah batteries and managed to zip tie them onto the frame (see attached pic). Now I can run this thing for an hour straight without having to change batteries. The shocks are adjustable, and I would suggest tightening them down if you want better handling on road surfaces. Overall a joy to operate and puts a smile on my face every time I take it out, which is almost every day. EDIT: Whatever you do, do NOT run 3s batteries in this thing. Surprisingly, for me, it wasn’t the main or servo motors that burned out, but rather it was too much power for the cheap plastic planetary gears inside the servo. Also, it becomes a lot harder to control with 3s, and if you slam it into a curb like I did, say bye bye to your shocks (19-20 mph on 6800mah 2s vs 25-26mph on 3s). Thankfully parts are cheap, and I mean CHEAP to replace. I paid 20 dollars total for a new servo and two shocks, and thankfully they are very easy to replace. I can’t fault the car for me wanting more speed, so the 5 star review stands. I wish there were better servos available, but knowing that they are so cheap to replace means I can run this car for ever. I also kept the motor from the old servo, because it runs just fine, in case this new one burns out for some reason. It is easy to take apart and replace

Update: contacted customer support about the motor, they suggested I buy one...I had bought other items from this brand and they were good, till they weren't. I even complained that it didn't come with both batteries and I've been using the one, they showed my their "discount"page and it was almost more than buying it on Amazon and shouldn't they give me a battery if it says it comes with 2, so now I'm not buying anything from them, if I have to, I'll go through Amazon. Original: Ok now this thing went up and down my street while I put it through the paces, and it's quick! It could use some better shocks, brighter lights, and a brushless motor because this sucker does get hot. It takes turns like crazy and lifts the wheels up in take off. I would get this for younger me too because it's really easy and basic to learn and you can turn the speed down to a crawl. Save on those parts I know that you know may break. Not many complaint but I definitely would lift the body as you can see in one pic, it rubs a bit. Just raise the body posts it has already there. Just a bit of adjustment and your ready. Overall, for the price, the size, and the performance. Get it!!!

I ordered this RC truck as a gift and was excited to try it out, but the first one arrived missing both batteries. Disappointing at first—but Amazon customer service was great and quickly sent a replacement, which had everything included and worked perfectly. Once we got the full kit, this thing turned out to be a blast. It’s fast (easily hits 30+ mph), handles off-road terrain well, and feels like a great value for a hobby-grade RC. The two rechargeable batteries give around 40–45 minutes of total runtime, which is a big plus over models with just one. Suspension, speed, and controls are responsive, and it’s held up well through rough backyard driving.

Okay I’ve been driving my Hyper Go H16BM for awhile now and my 8 year old son started getting interested and wanted one of his own. I wanted to find a great entry level car for him to learn and didn’t want to break the bank. Enter the DEERC 9201E. I was initially hesitant about buying this and felt it might be cheaply made. Saw a bunch of videos and reviews on it and decided why not. It’s for my son and if it breaks it breaks. Well I’m highly impressed and after driving my Hyper Go for awhile, it was a nice little change of scenery. This thing is awesome! Drives so smooth and is pretty quiet. Speed is good enough for my son and pretty decent. It says up to 48km/hour but don’t think that’s true. Obviously not the fastest but it drives over everything and doesn’t stop. I haven’t gone jumping yet but just driving it in different terrains is fun as hell. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a great entry level RC car for your kid or yourself…or just want to drive something different than your Go To ride. It’s absolutely fun to drive. My son thinks I should get my own and I’m really thinking about it. Will probably upgrade some parts and try out different batteries. Currently using the two that comes with it and an Urgenex 1800 mAh 7.4V 35C Lipo battery. Drive time is around 20 minutes. If you’re debating about this one, get it. It’s a great, fun, toy/hobby car. I’ll update if anything changes.

These are absolutely awesome . So much power . Short battery life around 20min per battery but worth the fun

Cumple perfectamente con el objetivo de diversión, si eres principiante o no quieres gastar mucho es perfecto, fue un regalo para mi hijo y le encantó tiene un limitador de velocidad que funciona bien para él, aunque el mio vino con muy poco aceite en los amortiguadores tendré que comprar extra.

It goes fast. Really fast. Has survived accidental head-on wall crashes. Does tricks.

El auto es bueno en calidad de materiales y precio, tuve un problema con el ESC pero inmediatamente la gente de servicio al cliente me atendió y me enviaron un reemplazo.

Great beginners truck. Fast enough for it to be fun. Big enough to seem like it’s more than a toy. My 7 year old thinks it’s great. Battery last a good amount of time. And with two batteries it goes long enough.
