⭐ 1-Star Detailed Review I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this purchase needs to be known. Most of the parts in the kit were fine, but the passenger-side upper control arm was defective — and that single faulty part caused a chain of expensive problems. This is my only vehicle, so I couldn’t safely drive with a bad control arm. Because of how serious it was, I had to immediately buy another control arm out of pocket and pay for installation twice: once for the original part and again after finding out it was faulty. In total, I’m out almost $1,200 because of this one defective part — and that’s not even counting the extra cost of changing my brakes and rotors, which were damaged and warped early from the shaking caused by the bad control arm. When I contacted the company, all they offered was to “send another part,” even though I made it clear I already had to purchase a replacement myself just to get my car back on the road. All I wanted was reimbursement for the faulty part and the labor to have it replaced — that’s it. That’s all. I didn’t even ask them to cover the additional money I had to spend on brakes and rotors because of the damage their part caused. Instead, there was no real help, no accountability, and no compensation. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this product or seller. The quality control and customer service were both extremely disappointing, especially for something as important as a vehicle’s suspension.
