Ironically, this brand came out of nowhere. It's one of those unbranded generic ones I believe. But what a great pillow! It literally is the Goldilocks of height and ratio of soft to firm. Definitely has good support whether you're a back sleeper or a side sleeper. Great for recliner chairs where you need just that little bit of lift to keep your head up to watch the television. What I truly like the most is as your body temperature warms up the material, it conforms better to the curvature of your neck, and also puts your head neck and shoulders in the correct straight alignment to get a better night's sleep if you use it in bed. If you are a side sleeper, you want to use it with the waterfall rollover Edge against your shoulder. If you're a back sleeper, you want to put the little wedge part under the back of your neck and let your head roll over the other part. Either way, I was able to get about four and a half to 5 hours of straight continuous sleep with this. So I basically went through two REM Cycles of 1.5 hours each uninterrupted. As of August 2025, this is my number one pick for these cervical neck type pillows. Much more supportive and ergonomic than the butterfly shaped ones that you see all over. This particular one has the correct soft to firm ratio, the correct height of around 3 in at the neck, and an overall height of 3 and 1/2 to 4 in. This company did it correctly, and they truly should be complimented.

I bought this to travel with in December, 2022 and just realized that I didn't write a review yet! First, I'd like to say that I saw a different review here within a couple months of today (May '23) that said that their first pillow was great and they just bought one and it's much softer, which gave them less support. If that's true, it's too bad. The one I bought 1.5 years ago is very stiff which I LOVE because of the support. I have a very expensive, bigger cervical pillow I got from my chiropractor years ago and I think it's less comfortable than this little one! It's too big for me (a woman) and this travel pillow is just the right size for anyone, I think. I may end up buying one for my bed, too - but if it's softer, I may not like it as much! Anyway, the one I bought is supportive, the cover can come off but I like to add a pillow case to keep it nice, and it's lightweight. It fits easily in a suitcase and is a good price point!

The pilow is hard and not quite as pictured. The carved out center section is only a small portion of what's pictured. When I wake up after sleeping on it, I do notice less pain in my neck. For that reason I gave it 4 stars taking away a star for not using an actual picture of the pillow. I've purchased so many neck pillows I could open a neck pillow store, It doesn't help iif the ads aren't completely accurate.

Not shaped as shown in images. The pictures show a clearly defined place that supports your neck (a clear indentation in the foam for your neck and head). The pillow I got does not have this same shape or indentation to support my neck. The indentation for your neck is almost level with the rest of the pillow and It is very hard foam, not memory foam, so your head is up high on the pillow and the pillow doesn’t give at all to the weight of your head. Since there is almost no indentation to support your neck properly, it’s very uncomfortable.

Pillow is pretty firm. If you have damage to your vertebrae you will find this too hard to sleep on.

A great smaller-sized pillow for people who don't like big puffy ones. I particularly like that way it has the channel in the middle that stabilizes your head - with generic cylindrical neck pillows, I tend to twist my head to one side or the other, which can make my neck sore. While they talk about the ends being good for side-sleepers, I don't find that works well. The whole point is that it is a small pillow that doesn't crank your neck forward... When I sleep on my side, I need something taller to support my head, to keep my neck neutral. Maybe it works for other people, but not for me.

I just received my pillow and am trying it out! It feels amazing! I have neck pain and usually roll a hand towel and put under my neck (regular pillow under that) it was not all that comfortable because I need support under my neck. So far this pillow is doing the job. Hopefully it will hold its shape. As of now I really like it

this is the only cervical pillow i’ve tried that actually lets my head fall into the right position, which is lower than most cervical pillows. it support the neck without also pushing your head upwards. this is what regular cervical pillows say they do but this one (or maybe the neck roll style) is the only one that actually does what it says and i sleep well with it and can travel with it so much easier.

For babys yes Adult no bad and small

I was looking for a small pillow to support my neck. This fits my needs exactly. Very comfortable memory foam. The outer sleeve is made from a soft material. I've been using it daily since receiving it. I'm happy

It was late coming wanted it for my holiday so its still in wrapper l must agree it feel ok and looks good lve put it in my case for my next holiday.
