I really enjoy this drink. It has much less sodium which makes my feet swell and it tastes great. It has lots of vitamins almost like those vitamin packs you drink when your sick. Nice, I'm on a weight loss journey I'll take all the vitamins I can get without tons of sodium. Mix well with vodka also. 😉 No corn syrup, starch and very low sugar and calories. A great option over liquid IV for high has tons of sodium which makes you RETAIN water not "hydrate" hense your swollen knees and feet 👍 and at a much better price. - they dissolve easily -high quality flavor - mix with your pre workout for workout effectiveness -no jitters - flavors are high strength for a single 12 oz cup.

These are tart and has a nice taste..not bitter or syrupy sweet..very refreshing . Not rske. It long enough to see if it will help my hip pain but actually bought it for the hydration.

I love this product, all flavors taste great and they are super hydrating. I only gave it 4 stars due to the turmeric staining some of the lids of my to-go cups. It's not coming out, no matter what I've tried. Luckily, I haven't gotten any on my clothes yet. The stains on clothing probably won't come out either. Be warned! Otherwise, its a great product and I would buy again.

Taste great and it definitely helps in the recovery if you are feeling ill. We mix ours with 20 oz of water. It is best to use a shaker for your drink mix, we have found the content does settle to the bottom if you don't drink it immediately. We are repeat customers. Thank you

I wish I could give zero stars. I cannot return this item that is not palpable. It's so disgusting. Not one of the flavors is decent. It doesn't mix well and has a collagen like consistency. GROSS
