one handle, one flat spot
It's a turner. It flips and turns. Never fails, and handle stays cool on a commercial flat.

Great price but wish it was a little thicker
The price is perfect but I wish the metal of the spatula was thicker. Overall good product 👌

Nicely built! Made in the U.S.A
The only reason why I am giving this spatula a 3 star review is because the metal material could be a little bit more sturdy. There is a lot of flex going on when there shouldn't be. I do how ever love the handle it's nice and comfortable. I use to cook at Habachi and sushi restaurant.
