I've been taking these gummies daily for the last two months and been loving them. I feel like I have more energy, less brain fog, and stomach was NOT upset at all when I started them. I’m 45, going on 46 years old. I’ve taken many vitamins in my life, but these seem to be the most complete and give me the most sustainable energy and stamina. I know they’re very expensive, but your body is worth it. I have lots of energy throughout the day, but not too much energy where I won’t go to sleep at night. Better taking these vitamins because they are food and organic and they taste good like candy. And yes your wife will love that you take these. I’m not kidding. They also help in that area.

My husband and I ordered the women’s and men’s versions of these multivitamins. We love Garden of Life and have always had great experience with vitamin quality. However, these gummies tasted so bad we both had to chase the vitamins with a strong tasting liquid like chocolate milk. Although significantly pricier, we’ll go back to the pill/capsule versions.

Easy to use, you do both need to use water with it, because you just chew it.
