It is a flip-top lid; but, the flip-top lid is on top of a screw-on top.

Can anyone answer if the white bottle or sliver bottle the newest packaging?

Well, it looks like both to me, but my girl says it's more white. So it's white far as I can tell.

I don't know, it isn't listed. It is water based, very gentle, non-irritating.

Can it be used with condom?

Absolutely! It's water-based, so it doesn't affect the latex (or whatever the condom is made of). I will add, that it makes things VERY comfortable!
