Works as advertised.
Have used for a month now and have seen good results. Usually take in the morning and before a workout. Have found it does provide more energy during a workout and also makes recovery time quicker. I would highly recommend this for older people as it does seem to help build muscle and retain muscle. Pills are easy to take and I have not encountered any side effects. I will be buying again.

Not the same as Leucine
I ordered this in error. I am using Leucine on my doctors suggestion. It tastes so bad I got capsules. Then I mistakenly thought this was a larger bottle. It is not. Since it still works in similar pathways, I am keeping it to take one a day. Just be careful when ordering: ISO-Leucine is NOT the same as Leucine.
