French Door Bottom Mount Refrigerator 26 Cu Ft Stainless Steel

Very disappointed with this refrigerator. It worked fine for only one year, and then the problems started one after another. First, it stopped cooling properly. Then the ice maker completely failed. After that — constant breakdowns and repairs. It feels like as soon as one issue is fixed, a new one appears. The fridge often doesn’t do its most basic job. For a $1,000 appliance, this level of reliability is unacceptable. The only positives are the price and Amazon’s installment plan. Other than that, this refrigerator has been a huge headache. Would not recommend.

Great fridge. Looks clean and modern. Has good features that would cost a lot more on more well known brands, but this fridge runs and looks great.

Was delivered quickly and the delivery guys were very helpful. The fridge itself worked great for about a year, and a few months, then suddenly stopped cooling, ruining all our food. It’s out of warranty and the manufacturer’s service website doesn’t seem to exist anymore. This thing appears to be more expensive to fix than just replace. Should have just bought a name brand fridge.

I purchased this product in March. So far, it has been pretty low quality. The ice machine gets too cold and does not produce ice. The ice maker is frozen shut and does not work at all. The fridge itself does not stay cool, and we have had to constantly move food to a different fridge to keep it from spoiling. It says that it is 33-37 degrees, but you can feel that it is basically room temp inside the fridge. Lastly, the doors do not close and seal properly, so we have to manually push them closed several times a day to avoid the beeping sound it makes because the doors are ajar. This is the first fridge I have purchased new, so it is quite disappointing to have so many problems.

Purchased May 2022 for $1500 (incl tax). Broke down June 2024, $220 to repair. Now broke down again! No parts available 😢. Over $1700 down the toilet. Am single senior citizen on Social Security alone, no funds to replace it. It is criminal that WINIA doesn't provide parts to repair these in the USA! DO NOT BUY WINIA PRODUCTS!! MADE IN KOREA.

I like everything about this. The delivery guys were polite, respectful, right on time. I would give these guys a 10 star if I could. The refrigerator is beautiful it was boxed and in perfect condition. It’s the delivery guys that made the whole transaction perfect.

What I liked about this refrigerator is the way it looks, but the function and the cold air. WELL IT JUST DOSENT STAY COLD!!!’It’s a piece of crap. I would tell everybody do not buy this. I’ve seen so many reviews and they’re all true. This refrigerator I purchased on my birthday October 15, 2022. It died last year 2023 and it’s dying again in 2024 of November. Yep unplugged it plugged it back in. It sounds like it’ll be working fine the next day it’s still warm. I will not buy this product again and I make sure everybody knows. And the question above how would I rate it and how many stars zero stars and zero ratings?

The refrigerator had dents on the rear
