A gift for my husband, it's good but too small print

I love the quality and size. Gold edging on pages, large print makes it easy to read, and The Word of God is in red.

Nice quality KJV Bible. Words of Jesus in red ink is helpful. Maps in the back is cool. The size and durability of this bible is great. Portable and readable. Beautiful cross imprinted on the durable tough cover and back. This bible became my new favorite hobby. Its such a blessing to have this bible and the price is worth it. Just a few dollars for a bible you can own and travel with that withstand the test of time. Thin pages but they are durable. Great format. I'd give you more stars for this bible. It's my best friend right now.

This so far is my favorite Bible because it is beautiful and it has Christ’s words in red, plain text, gold lined pages, and no notes or references. In almost all other Bibles I’ve ever seen there are always distracting descriptions within chapters that interrupt reading and the reading flow. It is easier to read, learn, and understand the Bible when you know where certain things are because you have to know if you want to be able to find it again because you can’t rely on chapter descriptions and references. And study Bibles and commentaries only give someone else’s opinions, and while yet perchance the writers may have a greater knowledge of the Bible than some readers, readers should not rely on the knowledge of others but should seek to acquire knowledge themselves and rely on there own understanding and interpretation of the Bible by the discernment of the Holy Spirit. We should read the Bible with itching eyes looking for what we want to find, but we should seek that which God has said and that which God has meant. We should seek who God is and not who we want him to be. Blessed are all who read this Bible. I will buy this Bible for gifts to those I care for. P.s. I carry this Bible in my pocket when I go to Church. It easily fits in a glove compartment, women’s purse, backpack, suitcase., etc.

First off this is An Amazing Bible , I read the reviews I was skeptical but I’m so Grateful I found this Well Built Bible perfect size Text better than some more expensive Bibles I’ve bought. It fits in any pockets I’ve worn I’ve been able to Teach others scripture because it’s always with me if you want a Everyday Bible that has everything you need This is the one I would take this anywhere it’s such a greatly crafted Bible and I’m amazed it’s become a part of me everyday I use it and I’m so grateful it’s at $15 that’s insane I’ve ordered two more and I’m excited to gift them because everyone that has seen this Bible wants One to have it’s Truly Great Christian arts Did amazing with this there is truly none this size and quality !!! Can’t recommend enough this will be one people will ask for and one day I will not be able to say it’s still up so take advantage trust me!! Great bible for the money.

COVER & DESIGN The cover of this compact Bible is faux leather that is soft to the touch and flexible. Both the front and the back have an emblazoned cross, as well as an intricate border design, complete with stitch marks on the top, bottom, and opening side. The spine features text that reads "| KJV | | | Holy Bible | | | [Christian Art Publishers logo] |", with space between each set of text, for a nice look. The spatial lines are embedded into the spine, and look astute. It looks like a higher end spine of a Bible you might spend $50 or more on. I love the cover and binding. It lays flat after some use, and is decently durable for what it is. I have dropped or bent this a few times, and have only suffered a few dings on the cover and inside binding. Nothing major. SIZE This is a perfect size. The exact measurements are in the item description, but I can say this; it is great to take with you anywhere. Not small enough to fit in your pocket, per se, but it will fit inside of your car's glove box or side console, in a personal bag or purse, and it fits in your hand with ease. It's lightweight, and not too bulky. Perfect to have for God's Word on the go! PAGES The pages are not exactly gold-gilded: but they are slightly gold. Looks nice regardless. A presentation page featuring a neat border is in front, before the copyright info and the table of contents. This features a single ribbon marker that is the same saddle brown color of the cover. Very basic, and serves its purpose. Has not frayed or worn much in the year or so that I have had it. The pages are thin, to the point that you can see the text on the other side. While it does not deter from reading the text on the page you are on, it does bleed a bit if you are a person who highlights. Contains a topical concordance and a "where to turn" table in the back, as well as several full color maps. There is a single page in front and a single page in back that are entirely blank, for the note-takers out there. TEXT The size of the text is 10 pt, which I find to be perfect to read. It says large print, and that means large print for a compact size. Other compact size Bibles have between 6 and 8 pt font. It's slightly larger print than most regular Bibles, too. The text slightly goes into the gutter, but is still readable. There are lines in-between the columns which give it a classy look. The top of the pages simply give a page number and the book, chapter, and first verse on it. Red Letter for Christ in the NT - including Revelations - but improper captilization of pronouns referring to Him and to God, which is a negative. All of the omitted verses are in this version, which I like. This is not the Pure Cambridge text, which is not a deal-breaker necessarily, but it is a deterrent for some. No cross-references, and the margins are too small for most notes, so if you like to see references to other books, chapters, and verses, you might want to use something such as sticky notes. OVERVIEW This value compact Bible is a steal! The best thing about it is the cover and the text size. I cannot express how much I love the cover! The design is beautiful. It's as close to genuine leather as you can get for this price. This is a solid purchase for anyone in need of a Bible for every day use, or as a gift. While it isn't perfect due to some text inaccuracies, it still drives God's Word home, and does a wonderful job of doing it. God's Word does not fail, and He will get it to His people one way or another. I highly recommend this. God bless you all!

Yes, for a compact, this is large print. I have a compact from my time in Army, the print in this version is clearly larger than a 'normal' compact Bible. Much larger, I can even read it without my glasses. As you can see here next to my 'standard" KJV, the print is between 0.5 to 1 *print size larger. Love the feel, the build quality, and the minimalist cover. *Print size picture: As you can see, there isn't a huge difference, but for a compact, it is clearly larger than the normal compact print size.

Awfull book upside down. Because the book is upside down the cross on front cover is turned upside down very misleading. It's a shame otherwise would have had potential to be a lovely little bible.

This is a jewel of literature, gorgeously printed and Bound. Authentically the word of God. Simply beautiful.

This bible looks and feels great, even better than the pictures.
