OEM part
I bought this gasket by mistake. My 2000 Silverado does not have the oil cooler lines installed. So, I needed part GM genuine parts #12611384 instead. I say easy to install, because it is the same repair. And even with the 4x4 it wasn't hard to do. And it looks like a quality gasket.

this gasket is a poor design
The design results in hardened seals that leak over time, they should have used a mls style or a simple paper gasket that would last decades.

Fit my 2017 Silverado 2500HD 6.0
After 211K, my truck finally started to leak a little oil. After tracing it, it was found to be this oil cooler gasket. There were two options (one was longer) but this was the correct one. Super easy install and no more leaks.
