Going in for month two now as I also drink Mushroom coffee and with the combination of the 2 I feel less anxious and more grounded. I am working on acid reflux and digestive issues and this is part of my research protocol. Along with a good colostrum supplement and other healthy supplements I am avoiding surgery to hold the acid reflux down and HEAL it! Not band aid it.
