I thought these would be decent for holding my materials while I tack them. Not only are they not true, the magnets themselves are not strong either. When holding materials, the side plates are not square and true with each other. You will end up having to shim or hold your part. I was trying to make a perfect square for a welding cart, out of square tubing for the frame. When I got all the magnets in place, I double checked all the corners with multiple squares, none of them were at the 90° That was required. The tubing was also twisting from the original part because the sides of the magnets were not flat in relevance with one another. Overall waste of money.
