Whether you are building fitness, improving boxing technique, practising punch combinations or adding a high-energy cardio workout to your routine, this punch bag set gives you the essentials needed to get started straight away. The heavy filled punch bag is designed for boxing, kickboxing, MMA-style fitness, martial arts training, cardio boxing and general stress-relief workouts. Its filled design saves you the time, mess and hassle of filling an empty punch bag yourself, making it a practical choice for beginners, fitness users and home training setups. This set includes a heavy filled boxing bag, wall bracket, fixing hardware, hand wraps and skipping rope, giving you a complete training bundle in one purchase. The wall bracket and fixings allow the bag to be mounted securely to a suitable surface, while the skipping rope and hand wraps add extra value for warm-ups, footwork, conditioning and hand support during training. Available in 3ft, 4ft and 5ft size options, this punch bag is suitable for a wide range of users and training spaces. Choose a smaller size for younger users, beginners or tighter spaces, or a larger bag for adults and more intense boxing and kickboxing workouts. The black SENSHI punch bag features a bold branded design with a strong, clean look that fits easily into a home gym, garage gym or covered outdoor training area. The durable outer material is designed for regular striking workouts, while the reinforced hanging straps and stitched construction help support the bag during training sessions. Use the punch bag for boxing drills, punch combinations, kickboxing practice, stamina training, coordination, cardio fitness, stress relief and general home workout sessions. The included skipping rope is ideal for warming up, improving footwork, building endurance and adding extra intensity to your training routine. The SENSHI Heavy Filled Punch Bag Set is a practical choice for anyone looking for a boxing bag set for home training, outdoor fitness, garage workouts or martial arts conditioning. It is suitable for kids, adults, beginners and fitness users when installed correctly and used under appropriate supervision. For best results, install the wall bracket only on a strong, suitable surface and check that all fixings are secure before use. If using the punch bag in an outdoor or garden training area, store it indoors or under cover when not in use to help protect the product and prolong its lifespan.
