What Are The Measurements?

Mine shrunk after the first cold water wash, 1" on one side, 3" on the other. I would not buy again.

Looking for light cotton receiving blankets to send to Uganda; it's hot there; are these light and cotton?

I would go with muslin ones for Uganda. These are a bit more flannel type cotton and warmer in my opinion. Being from Miami the Muslin type would be best.

They are cotton flannel. Not very warm. More for swaddling.
