Best headphones for gaming/listening to music.
I had these a while ago before I bought them to replace my worn JBL quantum 360p headphones. I forgot how much I missed them for the balanced sound. The 360p are amazing but are aimed at people who want more bass than anything else. These mic quality is alright, in my opinion all headset mics are terrible, it's best to get a separate mic if you want the best quality. The length cable included in the box is 1m I think. Battery life on these are great, you can check battery level and play with the equaliser in the JBL quantum app for windows. They connect via a 2.4ghz wireless adapter and looks like they have 20ms latency, but even when playing competetive games like call of duty you aren't going to notice any latency compared to wireless headphones. There is virtual surround/spacial audio included with the app but in my testing it sounds poor. You are better off getting the Dolby Access app on pc and using Dolby Atmos for headphones as it sounds better and clearer. All in all 5 stars for these, my favourite headphones.

Excellent Value
Very pleased with this headset - comfortable, good sound quality, good mic quality, and very decently-priced. I've used other JBL audio products before, and never been disappointed! Noise suppression was particularly impressive.

Almost perfect
EDIT A WEEK LATER: I take it back - the spatial sound is actually pretty good when you get used to it and have the right EQ settings. I've got it set to Precise and have my EQ settings as follows: 31Hz - +5dB 62Hz - +2dB 125Hz - +2dB 250Hz - +4dB 500Hz - +5dB 1KHz - +1dB 2KHz - +2dB 4KHz - +5dB ______ I'll start by saying these Quantum 350s are a nice upgrade from my previous headphones, mainly because these use 2.4GHz wireless, so not more wires getting tangled or unplugged by my computer chair! NOTE: The Amazon product page falsely claims (when you click on the circle on the ear cup) that you can control the game and chat sound separately. This is NOT possible on the Quantum 350 so is advertised falsely. Please bear that in mind before ordering. The sound quality is average. I didn't notice an improvement over my Turtle Beach Recons (the ones available for less than £20 on Amazon). The spatial sound sounds poor and just makes it sound like you are in a cave. The EQ can be controlled on the app. The bass isn't as powerful as I would like. The microphone sounds pretty good. My friends said it sounds better than the Recons. It is detachable and doesn't get in the way of my face. It does however pick up more sound than my other headset in Discord, even with noise suppression turned on (due to the alleged omnidirectional mic), such as the voices on the TV. You plug in the USB dongle and it starts to install the app which works fine. It has the option for EQ and you can enable spatial sound from here. I set spatial sound to precise as it sounds the best out of the three options, but ultimately I turn it off as it sounds horrible. The distance is decent. I can walk to my bathroom and kitchen and still stay connected. These are about 10/20 metres away. For the price it's a decent wireless headset and I can't complain. Not having to take my headphones off when I move from my desk, or accidentally unplug it (which happened all the time and led me to buy these) is worth the £60. They are comfortable and the build quality is average (quite plasticky). You might also find yourself accidentally adjusting the volume wheel down, which has happened quite a few times for me since owning them.

pretty good headset
It's a very nice headset, but I wish it could work without needing a dongle when we plug in the USB cable.

JBL Quantum 350 Wireless: 2 years on
I've owned this headset for just over 2 years now and it is my first wireless headset having only previously used wired. Overall, this a decent headset at a good price point, especially considering it is wireless. In terms of materials it feels pretty solid and I haven't had any issues with prolonged wear in terms of comfort. I didn't find the sound quality that great out of the box (I'm a bit picky with audio, so I have this issue with most headsets), but I was able to achieve better sound using the JBL Quantum Engine software which allows you to customise EQ levels. However, the EQ customisation leaves a lot to be desired. Having previously had a Logitech headset, I was able to customise the EQ much more in the G Hub software than with this headset, particularly on the highest frequencies. This has resulted in audio not sounding as crisp as I was used to before, but this could be subjective. The biggest issue I have had concerns the microphone. In terms of sound quality, it seems fine for use on Discord, etc. My friends haven't reported any problems with it. However, after 2 years of owning this headset, the toggle button to mute the microphone (positioned on the left ear) has become extremely temperamental. If I press the mic mute button, sometimes it doesn't work. Sometimes, it even mutes several minutes after the button has been pressed, which can be quite frustrating. This problem started occuring after about 2 years of use. Of course, there are other ways to mute your microphone in Discord, Teams, etc so this may not necessarily be that much of an issue to some. If you are looking for an entry-level, budget-friendly wireless headset, then this one could be worth considering if you can look past the issues I have highlighted.

Fantastiche ...

Blutooth is not connectable as mentioned
Its not a bluetooth headphone as mentioned, is only with a USB type A which is connected to PC, for mobile, there is only option to connect by using Type A to type C convertor

Alta Calidad
