Easy to operate: real simple

Nicely packaged and made. Glossy solid white reminds of an Apple product. Nicely packaged, comes with a really detailed 20 page users manual and was fully charged out of the box. The app download was a snap and integrated well with the HDD on my iPhone 17 pro max. I had about 1000 pictures stored on my iphone and a few videos. The phone transferred all of them over to the HHD in a out 2-3 minutes without issue. Device gives you multiple options with file management and data storage. Connected to computer to copy file onto that HDD and it transferred all without a problem. Highly recommended.

Overall, this hard drive was easy to use and backed up all my photos. What I did not like is that it deleted all the albums I had created on my iPhone making it extremely difficult to find certain photos when needed. I’m also not sure if it’s safe to delete from my iPhone or if the app for the hard drive will sync next time and delete what was already backed up.

This no longer works with the current iOS as of December 20, 2025. It does not appear on a Mac OS either. The app NQStorage is no longer showing in the App Store. NewQHDD is thru my English version available and it does not work.

I've bought two of these in the last 5 years, that's how much I like the product. It's sp easy is to back up pictures and videos directly from my phone, no need for a laptop!

I've tried several different drives for iphones. The speed on this hard drive is faster than most flash drives for iphones, but there are often error messages pertaining to space, even when there are over several hundred gigs of space remaining. It usually "copies" what you want to dump from your phone, so its as if you cannot dump more than the space you have on your phone. If you only have 1 gig of space on your phone, you can usually only dump/transfer less than a gig at a time onto this device. Very frustrating for those who want to transfer large amounts of gigs. Some mtimes you can, sometime you can't. No consistency. Ugh! Transfering files was never as difficult or slow as it is right now for iphones. Makes me want to look into going Android.

This has been super helpful. I hated having to navigate all of the iCloud and iPhone photos since it’s just so much work deciphering what is on the cloud and what isn’t. I like that I was able to easily just transfer everything into the drive with a peace of mind and then magically seeing I finally have more space and don’t have to deal with that notification popping up

It’s missing the iPhone adapter!

Its a backup drive, not an external harddrive. false marketing and this product is unusable to me. extremely disappointed and wish i could return it.
