Stay charged and good for homeowner use.
So far so good. Makita batteries are better but 2-3 times the cost. I use these batteries once or twice per week on a blower, drills and hedge trimmer. I am willing to replace them every couple years for the convenience of having multiple batteries rather than one. Not contractor grade but good for homeowner use.

Helps when your battery dies
So we bought a cordless makita blower however the battery dies really fast. I have alot of trees, alot, of leaves, and I'm forever trying to keep our carport, driveway, and Entryway clear. Anyways We purchased an extension and some accessories along with these extra batteries. Now when the battery dies I simply unplug and swap battery. I'm so happy we did this. It makes all the difference.

Great batteries
I purchased these for my makita cordless tools in Oct of 2022, I've buying my second set, I build houses, I've run these batteries non stop on grinders, drills, Sawzall you name it, all of my makita 18v tools, can't believe how well they've held up. Guys on the crew quit asking how they hold up lol If your thinking about buying these just do it, you've probably blown more money at happy hour just sayin...

About the same life as the OEM 5Ah
Just tried 2 sets of batteries - both new - in my Makita self-propelled mower. An OEM set and these Longfits. They lasted almost the same time - about 25 minutes with the self-propel on the whole time. So, while I don't think these replacements are really 6.0Ah, they perform as well as the 5.0Ah OEM batteries and at a third of the price, why not? These Longfit got the best reviews of all the knock-offs and they fit the charger, mower and blower perfectly. Maybe only difference to the OEM is that these have green lights compared to the Makita red lights.

Long Lasting Power
These fit perfectly on my Makita XCU04Z 18V X2 (36V) LXT Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless 16" Chain Saw. With these batteries, my electric saw performance was strong for 4 hours with still power in the batteries. These batteries are worth it.

Faulty battery less than a year
I order these batteries no more than a year August 2022, now is July 2023. One of the batteries doesn't want to charge anymore. I've done all trouble shooting and it just doesn't want to charge. I would be careful with the batteries being purchased on amazon, make sure they are in really good working condition. I wish I would've order directly from Makita.

Not exactly 6AH , but worth the money
Perfect replacement for the original battery , but way more less than 6AH capacity ( 2/3 of that ) Noticed my tools doesn't run that long, like with the original 2 years old factory tool battery. Tested this replacement battery with load tester , the result was around 4AH. Over discharge function doesn't worked when I tested the batteries I purchased . I would say right now, it Still worth the money if it last long enough :) Going to update this review as soon as these batteries died :) but as of right now I would give a 5 star for the " Value for money " , 3 starts for the " Battery Life " ( because my load test result was 4AH instead of 6AH )
