Amazing. Works great. Doesn’t slip off my hands while doing free or breaststroke. I originally got a large which was too big - medium is perfect for me. I love that there are no straps - so easy to put on and take off. Perfect for increasing resistance while swimming laps. Very comfortable and seems durable - nothing really to break

Simplicity... But super effective for aquatic workouts!

These are more expensive than the previous, cheaper paddles I've used. Unlike the previous ones, these have two distinct advantages. First, they are easier to get in and out of. This is important if you need to make adjustments to your goggles or fitness tracker while in the water. Second, these provide more resistance, so you get more strength benefit in each stroke. I now use these every time I perform a swim workout.

I’ve been using these paddles for awhile (1+ years) and they’re amazing. Fit is great. Very durable. Works great like any other swimming paddles. Must buy

If you or your swimmers are "petting" the water, this will cure them! with no band across the wrist to help, this paddle demands perfect fingertip entry but somehow it does so without any slipping or sliding off the palm. I'm betting because the finger hold is made of sturdy plastic vs an elastic. Need to get finger fitting right though. They fit rather on the larger side.

They work good. Finger hole is bigger than I thought it would be.

These paddles are pretty broad, but once you get used to them, are fantastic for resistance training and refining technique. This is my second pair (lost the first). Would definitely buy again.

Frankly, I'm a bit of a swimming accessories freak, and it's really hard for me to resist trying out all those new and interesting offerings that TYR, Zoggs, Speedo, Arena and other companies keep bringing out, to lure us, mediocre recreational swimmers, into believing that perhaps this particular new toy is finally gonna make a difference and bring out all those hidden swimming potentials that must be lurking somewhere inside us. Well, while this paddle didn't (yet) turn me into a new Phelps, it's definitely one of the best designs that I ever tried. Great especially for front crawl, but also good for breaststroke (can't speak for other two styles, as I don't do them). However, do be really careful to select the right size of finger-opening, and don't trust entirely the perforated holes on the packaging, that are supposed to help with sizing! Also, don't think that FINIS has some kind of uniform "dot" sizing across all their paddles. I have their "two-dots" ISO paddles, and they fit my fingers perfectly, so, naturally I ordered same sized Mantas. Well, I could hardly squeeze my fingers through two-dot Mantas, and had to order "three-dot" ones!
