It fits mine and I have had mine for about 4 years. I think I bought it in 2012 or 2013.

Will your remaining blue cover fit a Gt-N2013 ? lease advise. I would like to order this case.

I have a GT8013 and it fits beautifully. I don't know if this helps you, but I love the case.

It comes with a pen but not the one that came with the Note. The one that comes with it shows on top of the photo of the Note.
