The product wqs delivered swiftly, and did it's job well, The bees gathering on our stove chimeney vanished. And I have spares for the future

I first bought this product through another retailer. I didn't know what to expect and when it wasn't smoking I contacted the manufacturer who confirmed it must have been a faulty batch. That seller wasn't helpful with the return so I ended up doing a charge back. I still had the insect problem, so I ordered through Amazon (knowing their returns are at least possible, if not easy). 2 of the 4 I bought have not lit. Like the other reviewer, it just burned a bit of plastic and then didn't smoke. For £28 I'd want 4 working ones. I ended up torching it as we've got the scaffolders and cowls to put on and I can't wait for another delivery. 2 working ones out of 8. This company has a erious Quality Control problem!
