Not cotton and backside fab is cheap.
Not good fabric as bought 2 diffrent other 1 with elephant print is very good… but this pink one very cheap fabric and not even cotton. Back side cover is very cheap.

I didn’t find it very useful for toddlers, as the pillow is a little short in length and also slightly high, which may be uncomfortable for them.

Such a comfortable and cute pillow. As an adult, it's so hard to find the right size of pillow at an affordable price. But this is perfect, the height/thickness is enough, it's soft enough, haven't faced any neck issues. Loved it!!!
