Denon Home Subwoofer Home Soundbar and Wireless Speakers with 8'' Driver, Alexa Compatible, HEOS Built-In, Easy Setup

Excellent sound!

I bought this item through Amazon Retail, only had it less than a month, continued issues trying to connect on WiFi and even using WEP, unstable connection and returned the item in the end.

The subwoofer is lovely when it works... unfortunately, most of the time it doesn't connect to the soundbar and the only way to get everything working again is to switch the power off from the mains and restart. This is something that was happening on pretty much a daily basis. I tried everything I could to fix the issue, from moving the sub right next to the soundbar, to connecting it to the Internet via ethernet cable, and changing the wireless connection settings. Nothing worked so unfortunately I sent the subwoofer back. A real, real shame, because when it did work, it sounded absolutely lovely paired with my DHT-S716H. The build quality is top notch, it looks good, it sounds good, it's even easy to set up. All of that means nothing if it won't connect properly in the first place! Very disappointed
