My husband and two sons are using this regularly and it’s holding up. Seems to be very good quality.

Over all it’s a good basic home weight bench but I have one design issue. The leg raise bar doesn’t allow plates of 10 lbs.See attached pictures. If I put the pin in to where the bar is at a higher angle then the plate fit but at that angle you don’t get the full range of motion.

I bought this bench in July 2024 and have been using it consistently for 2 months now and I’m really impressed by it! Assembly was easy peasy, took less than 10 minutes. It’s pretty heavy duty and has a solid build quality. Everything from the welding, seats and stitching look pretty good. The folding mechanism works as intended and is great for someone like me who works out in a small space. I’d say for the price, it’s definitely been paying off with how much I enjoy using it!

I was very excited to add this bench to my home gym. It is advertised that it has a 772 lb load and I cannot confirm that but I do know that when using it to do hip thrusts the bench is not weighted down enough that it moves. It is not made for a very large person. The padding is decent the incline is on point the assembly was not so bad but there wasn't any direction on how to fold it up which was a very important selling point I was interested in. Another reason why I wanted this compact bench is to do leg extensions. It is not built to hold the weight plates and do leg extensions, your feet do not have room to be positioned properly compromising you to injury. If the leg extension worked they it is supposed to I would have given it 4 stars.

This is a very sturdy bench for under $200. Super easy set up and not too heavy to move when you need to.No bench at this price will be gym quality, but the stainless steel rail on the base where the seat back adjustments are made is a better design for sturdiness than the others I compared it to. There are no obvious places where excess weight is put on a weld.
