Broken pieces, yes. Flavor compromise
I bought these here because at my local grocery stores they are almost twice the price. I read reviews complaining of broken pieces, but in real life I break the pretzels apart into those pieces before I eat them so from my perspective I’m saving a step. Sadly my last order was packaged with a 12 lb box of protein shakes so they were very little pieces. But they are still delicious and suited me perfectly.

Snyder's: ...too good for a long time.
I have been a decades long fan of this brand, Snyder's and their Sour Dough Hard Pretzels. Great choice for a hard pretzel... the salt, crisp/crunch and taste go so well together and have been consistently excellent over the years. Love them so much I put mine on a subscription schedule.

Poor taste and quality
Very hard and brittle almost as old. I had a smaller pretzel and they were great. I would not recommend this batch to anyone. I just threw them out. Return not worth my time.

The best pretzels ever
Excellent pretzels! Hard, crunchy, salty deliciousness. I’m a Pennsylvanian, and we love our pretzels. I could live off of these as my main food source. These are the absolute best pretzels ever. Amazon is the cheapest place I could find these.

Smashed to bits because they were inappropriately packed
These are our favorite pretzels. I had them on auto delivery but they were so carelessly thrown into a box that also packed six big jars of peanut butter. Needless to say, the pretzels were nubs at that point. Had I known that they came in a box rather than a bag, perhaps I would have ordered that way. I can live without them as I usually eat too many and they are empty calories. 🥨🥨🥨

Delicious......
These pretzels are delicious. People complain about broken pretzels but you can't fit a whole pretzel in your mouth so what's the problem. The only problem is they are very addictive. Fantastic with a cold beer.

Good ,But NOT a true sourdough flavor
These pretzels are very tasty and were very fresh. I only gave 3 stars because I have had another brand that really nailed the sourdough flavor that I didn’t know was missing from these. No, the other brand doesn’t use any artificial flavoring.
