⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He estado usando las muñequeras Picsil de forma habitual en mis entrenamientos de CrossFit y realmente merecen una reseña positiva. Las utilizo especialmente en ejercicios que ponen mucho estrés en la muñeca, como pinos, handstand push-ups (HPSU) y también en movimientos con barra que requieren flexión de muñeca — por ejemplo snatche, clean & jerks y otros levantamientos olímpicos o gimnásticos. Lo que más valoro de estas muñequeras es su comodidad y su equilibrio entre soporte y movilidad. No son excesivamente rígidas, por lo que no limitan demasiado la movilidad natural de la muñeca, algo fundamental cuando estás ejecutando movimientos técnicos. A la vez, proporcionan una estabilización real, lo que se nota especialmente al empujar hacia arriba o soportar tu propio peso en vertical. Otro punto a favor es que se lavan con mucha facilidad, algo importantísimo cuando entrenas varias veces por semana y se empapan de sudor. Tras el lavado mantienen bien su forma y no pierden la estructura ni la capacidad de soporte. En resumen, las muñequeras combinan comodidad, soporte y durabilidad, haciéndolas una muy buena opción para CrossFit y entrenamiento funcional, especialmente si frecuentas movimientos de muñeca exigentes como HPSU o levantamientos con barra.
