Love these! Enough flavor that dressing or condiments aren't needed, so they don't get soggy!
Just tried these, and loved them! I found them perfect for an easy, low calorie, low carb lunch. Just a bit of spice makes a great compliment to fillings, so I didn't have to put dressing on them, so they didn't get soggy even though they were packed into a lunch bag hours before they would be eaten. Very light texture - not at all rubbery, as I had feared. They are quite thin, so just from holding the wrap, I found some pieces stuck to my fingers, making holes in the sandwiches, but that didn't bother me much, since they are delicious, low calorie, and healthy. I disagree with the fruit roll-up comparison. They did not taste nearly as sweet, or as rubbery as fruit roll-ups. However, they also aren't 'bready' like normal wraps. Somewhere in between, I'd say, but definitely not sticky sweet like a fruit roll up!

I'm obsessed with the tasty tomato goodness of these wraps! :)
The flavor and versatility of these yummilicious wraps is just amazing! I have been adding hummus, a leaf of romaine, and turkey and making wonderful Tomato Wrap Rollups for lunch! I love the 25-calorie part of the deal .... it frees up more of my "calorie budget" for other food (or more wraps!) Also completely amazing is to make a BLT (bacon-lettuce-tomato wrap) by adding a shmear of fresh avocado (or guacamole), adding some romaine, bacon and diving in! Happy tomato-y heaven! (Confession: I've also been known to just nibble on the wraps, all by themselves, too) As with any new product, you have to figure out what works when using it. I've learned to act quickly if my fillings are a bit on the wet side, so that I don't end up with the wrong things sticking to the counter or my plate ... but it just adds to the adventure of healthy eating! These pair really well with things like hummus and fresh veggies, and even things like tuna salad with romaine! And from a TASTE and FLAVOR standpoint ... delightfully tangy and tomato-y without being overpowering or ketchup-y in any way. There are no weird "fake" flavors or aftertastes, either ... just tomato goodness! And take a look at the nutrition label ~ look! Vitamins! Nutrients! This is a delightful addition to any low carb, low calorie, veggie-centric, or other healthy lifestyle. (And if you miss the flavor of barbecue potato chips, check out the barbecue flavored wraps!) yum yum yum!

I need help from sellers
These might be delicious but I'll never know because I can't get them off the paper liner - and not the white one, the other plastic clear liner. I even attempted to eat them with that "shiny side" still intact. It's plastic! It is not edible. I have ruined 3 of the 6 trying to get the wrap from the plastic. Either the sellers explain how this is done, send me replacement package or please refund my money. I am having the same problem with the tomato flavor I bought also but I did successfully pull one wrap and was able to eat it & it was really good but the other 2 just ripped to pieces. I bought some other wraps from other companies and I'm not having this problem. Only from NewGem Foods. They have a great product (I think)if you can get it from packaging in one usable sheet. Otherwise, please refund me. I bought 2 packages each of the mango & the tomato

OK for paleo diets, better alternatives for low carb eaters
If I were on a paleo or carb free diet, I'd give these a higher rating for increasing the variety of the permitted foods. I am a diabetic, and tried these because they were a very low carb way to make a wrap. The cost is very high per wrap. I found the taste mild but pleasant, but didn't enjoy the gelatin like texture. There are low carb Mexican tortilla products that fit into my diet just as well, cost less (especially if you buy them in the supermarket instead of on Amazon.com), and have better taste and mouthfeel.

Low-Carb, Concentrated Tomato Goodness - A Little Spicy
Let's get something straight - these are a bit weird. If you accept that, as well as the culinary challenge, they can make your low-carb wrap a gourmet meal! If you've ever had a fruit roll-up, these are a lot like that, both in texture and in hyper-concentrated flavor. I wasn't sure what to expect, and by itself these taste less like tomato than I imagined, but when paired with other foods the tomato flavor is clear. They are very thin, however, and come on a plastic-type backing for each sheet. (The package says they're BPA-free.) There are only a few sheets in each pack, but it's enough for a few meals. The instructions suggest using these with the rough side to the inside of the wrap, but I tried it both ways and preferred the smooth side in, rough side out - I didn't like the feel of the smooth side. I used these to make a BLT wrap, and they were great! The package also has a recipe for a caprese wrap, and I imagine they'd be good with any wrap or appetizer where you'd want some tomato zing. They could even be used to make a variation of sushi! They're also longer lasting than fresh tomatoes, so I think they'd be good layered in traditional sandwiches or even sliced and added to homemade pizza or pasta. Warning: They have a bit of a spicy kick due to some added red/chipotle peppers. I'm a spice wimp, though, and I can handle it, so you probably can, too.
