I had a C-Section about a week ago and these have been handy for some relief. I switch them out every time I use the restroom as they don't hold the cold very long which Is my only complaint but too be expected with them just being beads. Perfect size and stays in place with my maternity underwear. Way better than the uncomfortable frozen diapers the hospital provides!

These are great little ice packs! I have used them for multiple different things. They freeze quickly and stay frozen for a couple hours.

they defrost pretty fast, they worked better when I put a real hard plastic ice pack on top of it. I like the pillow cases. they serve their purpose. I'll keep using them.

I used these during pregnancy for SPD/pelvic pain and they were amazing!! Icing down there was the only way I was able to find relief, and the shape of these ice packs were perfect and made that easy to do. I planned on using them postpartum but only ended up using ice for the first couple hours after birth and preferred to use a disposable ice pack pad instead because of the bleeding. I imagine this would be super helpful to use if I was recovering from a tear, but I wasn’t.

Bought these for post op surgery. Great little ice packs with covers. Love the gels beads easy to manipulate to form to fit and cover the wound to reduce swelling. Stays cold and frozen for the time required for cold compression (15 minutes)

Stays cold for a while. Easy to use. Good for many different uses.

I originally bought these for a vaginal birth. I ended up having a c-section and they are the perfect relief for my c-section incision. They don’t stay cold for very long but they freeze quickly. Nice that it comes with two. Would definitely recommend.

Il migliore acquisto che potessi fare per i giorni immediatamente successivi al parto per dare sollievo dal gonfiore. Si raffreddano velocemente, io li ho usati senza copertura perché più facili da pulire.

I looooove these! I had terrible lighting crotch(lol)/pelvic/SPD pain the last month of my pregnancy and these offered such a relief for me. I should have gotten a bigger pack but I made the 2 pack work. PLUS I used them for my csection incision when I had some pain during the healing process. Highly recommend!!

Un essentiel avant et post accouchement ! Ces coussins froids on sur me soulager de mes douleurs avant et après accouchement. Je recommande fortement si vous avez une symphise pubienne ou des douleurs pubienne, c'est très efficace.
