Nobody on here posted about its usefulness cleaning and fluffing synthetic turf. It is fantastic. You have to work around all the different angles, but it gets the job done fairly quickly. Great value and it pays for itself the very first use.

Better than expected, but not nearly as nice as the units you can rent. It's a bit heavy and if you don't pay enough attention with how much pressure you are applying you can remove all grass from your yard. Does in fact work well for removing sand from your yard that a snow plow may have pushed into it.

Works okay but really rough due to weight of it and power supply. Would be better if it had wheels, maybe adjustable height, to assist in use. Not for the weak armed.

Boy does this thing move dirt. Or rocks. Or lawn clippings. Or anything you can find an excuse to use it on. Will fling dirt a surprisingly long way with an impressive rooster tail to boot. Easy to change out and use.

Was looking around the area for one. every garden power tool shop i went in looked at me like i had three heads.this one is a little on the heavy side but it works

Item worked great to get all of the rocks out of my yard and back in to the driveway after plowing snow all winter.

Used mostly for clearing slush. Works very well. The gap between the sweeps is a bit wide for my taste.

I too just received a defective unit. The barrel is locked and won't turn. I have ordered a replacement and hope it will be better. I spoke with MTD customer support and they confirmed the barrel should freely turn when disconnected--it does not.
