I really like this! I'm not fond of super sugary drinks when I want to hydrate and get proper electrolytes as well, so my dietician recommended this one to me - flavor lemon-lime, and I'm a fan! Mild flavor, not overwhelmingly sweet, and easy to drink.

does the trick to restore quickly

These have become my go-to for hydration. They taste great and are easy to add to water. I love putting them in soda water since the disks add a little bit of effervescence on their own. They do not fit in one piece in a standard size single-use water bottle, but I just break it in half.

I really love that this electrolyte drink is low in sugar, but has a small amount of sugar that is needed for the body to better absorb. Some of the other flavor tastes are not great but ok. I like the lemon/lime or the pink lemonade.
