A friend of mine introduced this product to me when I had a root canal infection. I started off with one capsule the first day and then went to two daily for five days. The infection cleared up well. Later I used it after coming down with flu like symptoms. I did the same regimen and I felt better within a couple days. It's hard to say if it's a coincidence or not, but I didn't get worse. It did create loose bowels so maybe that's what my body needed. The capsules have a strong grassy/herb smell. So I would say it's quite fresh. I will keep it on hand and try again when I feel sick.

This is a powerful formula, especially when used with Dr. Christopher’s lower bowel formula. Start out slowly as it’s very detoxify and can make you tired and out of sorts. If you use too much too soon it miraculously cleanses the body better than anything I’ve used.

As u can see ive had this bottle quite some time... anyways ... i have been taking these herbs since 2015... DETOX is the name.. and TOILET is the game... so beware... the senna in here is real.. and u can tell its detoxing you because the smell... is strong Helps with my blood pressure as well as blood sugar...i dont do medication but i take these daily.. and i see a great change in my body.. i alternate month to month I dont leave reviews but i had to leave a review for them.. i recommended them to my brother aunt mother and my sister... Despite the negative reviews you read on here try them yourself.. granted the first week i started taking them, i was experiencing shortness of breath, i pushed through because if u can go to the DR for medication and trust the side effects ... why not give herbs a try? I will continue to take these and hopefully you will as well. SIDE NOTE!!!! Helps gwt rid of toothaches too!!

I generally like DC products, but this one I'm a bit shaky on. I do think it's doing it's job, but it's at the expense of my comfort. Lots of stomach pain and fatigue. I would be careful with these.
