The product is a good concept and does what Demeter needs with regard to giving her left rear acl injury support. However, I've had to return the first one ordered in May for the fastening flap breaking off. It's a hard plastic flap and apparently not made for fastening and unfastening twice a day. They were quick to replace the first one with no charge. Now, the strap that goes across her back has come apart. I've only had the replacement for a few weeks. It still works with regard to the velcro latching onto the strap. Hoping they can figure out how to increase the quality without increasing the price too much.

Velcro strap came apart almost immediately. The product works, but quality of long strap is very poor. Broke after used for about 20 minutes.

This brace helped our malinois to recover from a knee injury. That’s the good. The bad is that this brace didn’t last long at all. We had to sew new velcro on to the brace multiple times. We are finally giving up and purchasing a different brace entirely.

It has a great knee joint, but the thing ran 2.5 inches too small. The wrap strap velcro fid not hold up after less than 8 hours use. I will have refabricate the velcro, because they don't make a bigger size, and i don't want to return it.

I like the stability and support that this brace states that it provides. However when I measured my dog and ordered it it didn't fit so I had to return it. I was very disappointed. My dog is short and stocky so it's difficult to find a brace for her. I ordered a custom-made brace and even that is not fitting properly so I can't complain about this one. If they made them for short and stocky dogs I think that this would be better than even the custom made

The brace is well made and super easy to put on. I have a retriever mix and got the size large. I could probably gone up a size. She immediately took to it. Was quite happy as it relieved some of the pain trying to walk. We used it for 3 weeks giving her the occasional night time break from wearing it. Now she is able to walk more comfortably after she tore her ACL without it. We are taking it very slow. Short short walk a few times a day. She has energy to expell and needs something but will be a while until a lot more. Remember to removed the support and look for rubbing spots or hot spot. I think she developed that from laying on the injured side only. Hope this helps you and your pup too!

I followed directions given by Agon for measuring my dog and using their charts to order the correct size brace. Well it was too small and since it was shipped by Amazon a new larger size brace was sent out. My dog is a yellow lab ... about 78 lbs., 7 1/2 years old and the dimensions I took indicated on their chart to order a large. My replacement is an X-large ... this seems to fit. Unfortunately the locking mechanism on the adjustable hinge on the brace would not work/latch. I thought maybe it was a small issue that if I could talk with someone from Agon's customer service it could be remedied without having to return this second one. I tried calling the company from the phone number listed on their Website for a day or so and all I could get was a busy signal. I returned to the website and filled out a form they have stating the issue and did not get a response back. I filled out a second email form and sent it. As of today I still have not had any response. The people at this company are very poor to deal with. I think any company doing business with Amazon should be required to maintain a customer service phone number that is either posted with their Amazon webpage or could be given out by Amazon if a customer calls. In this case Amazon could not or would not give out the phone number. Such a poor way for Agon to do business on a very good website like Amazon.

We opted for this cheaper version of the brace we had been using. The original typically lasts 6 mo before the hello wears out. This brace appeared to be the same brace however during the first run the metal brace portion FELL OFF! Not even sure how this could happen since it’s seen in- but it fell off and was lost.
