By far the best of the D2s Ive had

3 weeks ago I was 30.37 on hidroxy 25 (vitamin D levels) so bottom threshold, now after 3 weeks and 1 day of taking this O did the test and I was 66. Top super results I took them after morning meal. I.also had 40g of nuts in my Bran oats breakfast

We really like the product that it has no unnecessary ingredients. I definitely would like to purchase it again, but unfortunately the price increased (32%) so I am not sure.

The pills were stuck together and the color is different from the one I puchased before. There is no refund for this so I just throw away my money. Horrible.

The best d3 k2

I’ve been taking this Micro Ingredients D3 + K2 for a while now, and I love it. Most people already know D3 works better when you pair it with K2 — they help each other out. That’s the simple version. I take this for sleep and psoriasis, and I can tell you straight: If I don’t take it at night, I do not sleep the same. It’s a noticeable difference for me. And for psoriasis? Yes — it absolutely helps. My skin behaves better when I’m consistent with it. I take a higher amount than the standard supplement dose, and my blood tests stay in the normal range — which is why I always check with my doctor. If you tell a doctor you’re taking a lot of D3, they’ll usually panic first and test later, but my labs have been fine. Everyone’s body is different, so I keep mine monitored. The softgels are tiny and easy to swallow — no drama, no aftertaste, no “why is this pill the size of a jellybean.” And I love Micro Ingredients. Their stuff is clean, simple, and effective for me. Plus the big bag means I’m not buying bottles every other week. Bless that. This is one of those supplements where I can actually feel the difference in my day-to-day life.

To get my Vitamin D3 levels right without overdoing it, I have been taking one a day. My D levels are still increasing , I test about every 40-50 days. I will probably need to ease back to 1 every two days at some point. If you are taking Vitamin D , you need to take regular blood tests , if you over do it, the consequences can be catastrophic for some people, everyone is different, I most likely need about 1000-5000 IU a day while I am overweight(need to lose weight due to medical condition) some people can take 50,000 a day

When it is clear that Vitamin D plus K2 is so good, this has got to be one of the best value items around. Buy in bulk!

Edit: Taking this daily brought my levels from 19.3 to 86.5 in four months! Be careful getting into toxicity levels, but if you have super low D3, this will correct it super fast! I hate taking vitamins/pills, but I am pregnant, and my vitamin d levels are super low. It was recommended to me to take a vitamin d3 with vitamin k2 supplement (k2 increases d3 absorption to the bones). I am already taking huge prenatals and was not looking forward to yet another pill to take daily. However, these are so easy! They are sooooo tiny. (Seriously, tinier than my fingertip.) They are also softgels, so they go down easily and have zero taste. Not bad at all for the price. Highly recommend!
