how many times can it be reused?

Presuming that you don't exceed the temperature limit (somewhere around 425F or 450F, I think), it can be used many, many times (similar to the number of uses you get for a Teflon coated frying pan, if you don't let it overheat). It may discolor to some degree, but the non-stick properties should remain the same. (I have had it discolor from heating frozen "fried chicken wings" in a toaster oven.)

Is it microwave safe (used to prevent spatters, like paper towel)?

Wouldn’t be without them. Save my cleaning time

Can you use these in a Freeze dryer?

I have no idea. I bought these for easy craft clean ups. And I have not even used them yet.
