It's working. Helps with stress management
I have a highly stressful and demanding job . On the top of that I have 3 toddler boy at home. I started to take the tablets diligently every day. First I thought there is no effect until I forgot to take foe couple of days. I was less patient with my kids and at my work. I've realised that this supplement cooles me down so much and I can handle stress much much better !!!! Amazing p4oduct. Highly recommend

For sure notice the days I don’t use it! Wouldn’t say it’s a huge effect but it is absolutely noticeable, even at just the 1g only dose. I wont take it unless I’m going to really use it tho bc it’s an adaptogen so I dont want my body to get used to it. Generally gives me performance benefits and reduces stress by making things feel easier (almost like more confidence & determination). More raw power & stamina bc I never miss my reps & sets on a rhodiola day, in fact all my PR days lately have been only on rhodiola days. I always test tasks without it to compare and def gives me a slight edge. Same with endurance, for sure get a bit more effortless zone 5 time on cardio days, like I can get 20 mins no issue whereas 18mins in a row can be a stretch without it. Always when I miss my usual numbers on a workout and I’m like ‘what the heck’, I’m either sick, haven’t worked out in a while or haven’t had my rhodiola. I love it before work too along with alpha GPC & L tyrosine, just unmatched focus & calm & brainpower. It’s very synergistic with those actually, just chat GPT it you’ll see what I mean. And it has a long history and plenty of RCT studies to back its claims. I wouldn’t say it’s necessary for health or performance but for sure gives an edge.

The intent behind this review isn't to go into detail about the nutritional value of Rhodiola Rosea or who should and shouldn't take this supplement. My review is only a description of my experience while taking it. Productive - That is the word that comes to mind when I think of this supplement. In the last several months I've become very interested in how so called "adaptogens", supplements/herbs that help control the stress response, can contribute to my daily routine. When I read about Rhodiola Rosea aiding in giving one a pep to their step it piqued my interest. I also read that Rhodiola Rosea synergizes with Ashwagandha which I was already taking and that prompted me to give it a try. My first experience taking Rhodiola with Ashwaganda was along the lines of how green tea makes me feel, but a little more noticeable. There is a marked increase in energy, which can raise anxiety levels a little, but nothing overwhelming. The Ashwagandha's relaxing effect seems to help counteract Rhodiola's stimulant qualities. I get a lot more done and feel like my memory is sharper on this combination. Another positive result I've gotten from this combo is increased sociability. My primary reason for taking adaptogens is to improve my social anxiety and when on this combo I feel less anxious in my dealings with others throughout my day. If Rhodiola Rosea or adaptogens in general interest you I'd recommend doing the research first, speaking to a medical professional, and then seeing if it's right for you. From my experiences with Rhodiola Rosea I have only had positive results and intend on continuing to use it. Hope this review helps anyone considering on adding this to their daily regimen.
