GOOD PRODUCT
I have used preethi product before back in India.. this is the same one but with different Jars obio the rates have increased in both UAE and India.

Disappointing product quality
Mid size jar completely not working, underneath motor coupler of the jar brocken. Two Jar covers broken and plastic bits mixed with food. All this with only 3 months of casual usage!

This is the worst piece, within 8 months the rotater of the Jars broke and the mixer motor has problem, very disappointing

One of the jar stopped working within 2 months When i try to download invoice there is an error message is coming. I tried to get support with amazon and they said to contact the dealer but there is no contact number available. Better buy from a nearby shop. I don’t know where I need to send to repair it

Blade in the jar is not sharp
The blades of the jars aren’t sharp enough. It takes time to cut and grinder gets warm or turns off because of heat

Preethi mixer blue leaf diamond MG214
I bought this product from Amazon and found the small Jar is not fixing it properly on the mixer. It is very tight and I must push it very hard to place the jar. I discovered this defect when I tried to use first time today. Therefore, I have decided to return the mixer to Amazon.
