Is this easier on the stomach than traditional iron pills?

For me it is fine. I never took the traditional pills. I like the flavor. After taking for 3 weeks I started getting constipated and backed off. I switch out weeks now and everything is fine. One week on then one week off. Dissolves nicely. I hate swallowing pills! so this was great for me.

As big as a chewable aspirin and it remind me of that, a little chalky taste but nothing bad not like it u was chewing a paracetamol they was quite nice to let dissolve they had a sweet but slight chalky taste. Hope this helps

Does it stain your teeth?

I use these & don't notice any staining. If you put one on the back of your tongue & let it dissolve it shouldn't have much contact with teeth.
