My Freestyle tracker device fits perfectly in this case. I'm planning to order another in a different color. Also, I'll try the silicone holder as well. The MEDMAX PU Leather Protective Case for Freestyle Libre 3 is well made. I like the added protection for the screen from the flap cover. It protects the unit very well when in my handbags. This case is great for tucking in outerwear pockets as well. The silicone type I will have for home use use.

The price was fair and the overall design is excellent. The faux leather material on the outside is fairly soft and flexible. The interior material feels like a slick polyester blend. It's easy to wipe clean. When you flip the top there is a small flap that folds inwards to keep the device from slipping out. The cut-out sections make it easy to access the touchscreen, power button, charging port, and sample insert. It can be worn with versatility as it has a belt loop and half moon attachment on the back. A small carabiner and clip wristlet are included with the case. It seems durable but I'm concerned about the belt loop because it feels thin and fits tightly against the back of the case. It should be okay if the belt isn't thick. One of the best features is the soft close magnet embedded on the front. We haven't used it for long, but we haven't had any issues with it. People with diabetic pets may find this useful too, especially when boarding their pets.

Over all the case is well constructed allowing my freestyle libre 3 reader to fit nice and snug. The protective flip cover protects the screen well and provides quick access to my reader. However, the material does not seem to be as durable or long lasting. The wrist strap is too big and bulky for me as it does not fit comfortably and can easily slip off. Lastly the addition of a lightweight aluminum carabiner appears to be an afterthought and does not match other hardware.

It's very well made and stylish. Just Love it!

Well constructed, fits perfectly

Magnetic closure works great. My Freestyle Libre 3 reader fits perfectly snug inside.it comes with a nice leather wrist lanyard but I purchased a lanyard to wear this around my neck. The neck lanyard works better for me and I’m a busy homesteader on the go constantly. This new case for my reader has reduced all my worries about losing or breaking or getting too far from my freestyle reader.So much better then it stuffed into a pocket and worrying about banging it or sitting on it through my busy days. Not to mention it frequently losing signal buried in my pockets.I’ve had it in this new case now for three days and it has not lost signal once.I highly recommend this product.

Fits well. Helps me remember to remove from pocket before clothing is added to the wash! Easier to see on the table or charger. All buttons are available for use. Love the pink.

I like to keep my libre 2 reader safe, and you will not need to buy a separate a protection screen.
