I like the size. I am not currently using it for meds, but for items that need to be kept safely away from other folks. It was fairly easy to put in codes for both locks. And I actually was able to change one of the codes. Make sure it's a code that you can remember because once it's locked, it's locked up tight and I would imagine that it's going to take some time and maybe a saw to get into it!

I help a friend manage his medication. This box is big enough for all the daily medication he takes and also keep it all safe so that only I can gain access with the code. It fits the about 10-15 prescription jars (depending on size) and my small notebook with no problem. Price was a little high but work it.

I highly recommend that you DO NOT buy this item. It has 2 combination locks. The first few times, I was able to unlock, but noticed the right combo lock was loose...I am unble to unlock to take my Rx's...I spent $46.97...I purchased in March 2023, and in April of 2023, time ran out to return..(It is early May) I attemped to return this cheap, defective item. I was informed that I have to pay a $10.00 restocking fee? Unhappy that I spent that much on such a cheaply made item, then time spend to return and hassle with customer service ,and charged $10.00 to restock item that is defective and non-working...I had bought a meds lock box for half the price at grocery store Pharmacy..Should have stuck with the first one . Please don't make the same mistake...

PROS:I love that I can store, and label on the tops, all of hubby's multiple rx. All in one dark, secure place. Grab and go for travel, lock up to keep others out including the grands..labels on top of Rx bottles ends the constant search through multiple bottles every dose time. Large, sturdy case with manual wheel type combo on flip up style locks ( similar to the old type brief case locks on left and right of case. Attractive corrugated silver tone . Streamlines your meds into a neat looking storage case and not a counter top eyesore. CONS:Combination Numbers are hard to see on combo wheels. You May need magnifyer to see the wheel numbers, which are not clearly marked with clearly discernable paint or other medium. Lining up the combo numbers are kinda tricky and it's very touchy about the number line up. This case Does not light up at all( internal lights and lock illumination would be a great add on feature, also fingerprint recognition would be good too). SUGGESTIONS: make sure you use a 6 digit code that you will remember easily but no one else. Each locking side needs a 3 digit code. BE SURE to test your locks and codes BEFORE you lock in your meds. Do this at least twice.

My teenage granddaughter is fighting depression and has called the suicide hotline. To keep her safe, I bought this box to store my medications. It is attractive, and large enough to store my medications. I am the only one who can open the box when it is locked and stored in a safe place.

Both locks work well, and I was able to lock and unlock, and change the combination easily. It works well and is as sturdy as I need it to be, It also fits way more than I thought it would. The only things that did not impress me was the bad smell when I opened the box, and the felt was peeling off inside.

It works great for keeping marijuana locked up so the kids can't get into mom's stash. It is easy to unlock. It is a very sturdy little box, but it is portable at the same time.

I purchased the large size with two locks thinking it would be more secure and "safe". First of all, the box came locked with the instructions inside. Luckily a reviewer replied to my question on how to open it for the first time. Once it was open, I followed the instructions to set a new combo and tested it out...When I turn the 3rd number, the second one spins too and there's no way to stop it. The other lock doesn't work either, it's stuck locked whether I use the combo I set it to or the original 000 code! I would like to return this or at least get a refund. All my medicine is locked in this box! Update, I got a full refund from Amazon. PLEASE don't waste your money on this.
