These claws work great for tearing apart pulled pork, much easier than using forks. They dig into the meat and allow me to separate it into small chunks. They seem durable. I like the way they fasten together for storage, keeping the points mostly covered for safety in the drawer. They wash easily. They would also be useful for lifting roasted turkeys out of the roasting pan onto a platter for slicing. They're a special purpose item, maybe most people wouldn't use them very often, but they take up little space and aren't very expensive, so they're worth having.

Use to shred! Not a lot say about using them; they work exactly as expected. Use to shred or pull meat; very sharp; good grip; almost takes the work out of it, makes pulling pork fun/easy. Shred factor is high! No issues with using while the meat is still hot, I just wear cotton gloves under my rubber gloves.

These claws make shredding meat fast and easy. Very sturdy and comfortable to grip. Much quicker than using forks, especially for pulled pork or chicken. Great grilling accessory.

Assuming you are not needing these for a Freedie Krueger Halloween outfit I think you will find these perfect for separating apart your next Boston Butt into shredded BBQ. Being low cost and using non-metallic materials, I was somewhat concerned that these would hold up to my less than gentle ripping action. However, these work great and I like how they lock together back to back for easy storage when not needed.

I've been waiting to try these for a while. They are amazing and the price is right. The alpha grillers helped me shred chicken in seconds compared to the way I was doing it with a fork. I love that they are durable lightweight, and that I can actually do it myself. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my hands are constantly hurting, but these easy, efficient and well worth the price.
