Has worked great for 2 years. keeps the Mutts from running out of the kitchen and chasing the cats through the rest of the house - 'keystone cops style'. Keep it oiled and readjust once in a while and it works champion. Well made and would buy again.

Allerdings fehlte eine Schrauben Abdeckung an der Hinterseite. Uns wurde aber sofort ein Preisnachlass gewährt, der auch ganz flink kam. Danke dafür.

There is nothing wrong with this product, but due to some pipes running across the top of the door, I could not fit the unit. However, the quality appears to be very high, and the installation instructions straightforward. Delivered as promised. Thank you

Works a treat. USE THE TEMPLATE, make sure you use the right one for the installation type and make sure you dont install upside down. I did not follow these instructions
