Works great!
I was making a 10 hour trip with my granddaughters' birthday cakes and cupcakes and needed to keep everything cool. Ice packs plumped in under 3 minutes in water and froze overnight. Packs partly defrosted in the coolers on the trip but kept everything cold. Great buy! Dont let them touch as they freeze or they will stick together. My only complaint is they don't dry up to put away. I left one sitting out for three days because it popped opened and it never dried up.

Easy and convenient
These worked great! But don't soak them as long as the label says- the ice packs will expand in the freezer and if the pack is too plump it will leak some of the gel from inside. I tried the first one as directed, then course corrected and only soaked the others for about 1 minute. All worked great-

Package broke on first freeze
The packaging didn’t hold the ice and ripped apart on first freeze! I’ll be returning and looking for a different product that holds up better. I followed the instructions and froze overnight, only to discover I couldn’t use them when I was ready to ship!

Dry ice pack
Follow the instructions soak in for 10 minutes. Do not over soak it. The ice pack will become so big and break easily.

Puffy not rectangular
I expected the packs to be rectangular but theyre puffy like a pillow instead. That makes them hard to stack but they last pretty long.

This product is great for my catering business. It keep food cold for a long time

Keeps up to 3 days after losing power.
Finally used them a bit before Melissa hit. They kept ice for up to 3 days after losing power here in Jamaica. Not sure if that’s normal for ice packs or not…easy to use
