Haven't been able to get this product recently. When I can get it, it's good. One star for non-availability

Natura was the brand my naturopathic MD recommended years ago. I’ve stuck with it as she operated a medical pharmacy and spent a lot of time vetting and selecting brands for their purity and efficacy. I was prescribed another product within the Natura family, (Botanical Treasures which is outstanding in modulating my bodies inflammatory response). When I saw they also made zinc, which was suggested to build up my bodies immune cells (something we all should be doing in the mist of this pandemic ) I compared its properties and production to a chain vitamin stores brands and found the Natura Zinc to be superior. (turmeric curcumin, with 95% curcuminoids, is a very effective transporter for zinc). I hope this helps.
