Without a full magazine, the balance is a bit different, but not bad. The trigger feels like the real thing. The magazine release is spot on. The recoil is not nearly as strong as a real pistol, but it is enough to take the sights off target and force you to re-acquire. Overall, the practice is probably very transferable to real shooting. I am not sure if it will take replacement sights designed for the real thing, but I suspect it is the same. I am seeking a holster to allow more realistic drills. I have every reason to think holsters for the real pistol will work perfectly.
