So happy to find these! In midst of FODMAP challenging and realizing what doesn’t work and what does for my body (after many years). These are so helpful when I eat out and don’t know exactly what is in a dish. They allow me to expand my food when cooking for my family to cheat a little. I use them two or three times a week and am so happy to find them.

I have had ibs for years. I was always fearing food. Couldn't eat normal foods like garlic and onion for example. Tried a more expensive version and found this product. Much less cost wise and get more product. It really really takes the stress of eating and being around other people. Had to know where the bathroom s were all the time. Thank you

This has been the product most helpful for me for FODMAP foods. You take it before you eat the FODMAP items.

Disappointed that this didn't help with food I ate. I so looked forward to eating more than the formap diet.

This stuff is amazing!!! Ive tried so many enzymes. I can eat like a normal person now!! They are too expensive though.

I had been taking a comparable probiotic L. Acidophilus does not agree with me, but the vendor kept changing names and running out so I went looking for new options… I was taking a chewable enzyme as well, but I felt like it wasn’t enough. Everything I would eat would make me feel panicky, these definitely stopped all of that. I just bought my second bottle and have been able to stop the other products I had relied on with little change or improvement. When they say mental health is drastically associated with the gut they are right. I had constant anxiety until I started these enzymes. I will definitely continue to use these daily.

This product does NOT help digest lactose or fructans, as evidenced by my 12-hour “bathroom adventure” that kept me up all night after eating 1 small ice cream cone. No one else was ill from same food. This was the last straw after numerous episodes of this product not working. I guess the low price was too good to be true. I’ll go back to paying more for Fodmate or Fodzyme, which actually work.

I have a histamine intolerance. I have had 10+ pounds of fluid on my body and severe bloating for years now. I’ve been using this a month now and my bloating is almost non-existent! My fluid levels are down and my feet look like my feet again! Weird thing to say, but fluid retention makes my feet look like little water balloons lol
